Win a Trip to the National Conference

Once again this year, Coloplast is sponsoring a contest to win 2 conference registrations, hotel accommodations for 3 nights, transportation and spending money. Please share this with your constituents. They can complete the appropriate forms and return them to the SBA National Office for a chance to win.  Entry forms available in English (PDF) and Spanish (PDF) must be received by May 23, 2008 and the winner will be contacted May 30, 2008.
